Surefire M340C (Mini Scout Pro)

The Mini Scout Light Pro is mighty in stature yet minimal in structure. It feeds off a single 123A lithium battery, but its virtually indestructible LED devours darkness with 500 lumens of light focused by a TIR lens into a high-intensity beam. It’s ideal for close- to longer-range operations. SureFire’s new Low-Profile Mount (LPM) delivers unprecedented versatility, allowing the user to optimize the light’s position relative to the rail. Rugged and reliable, the LPM easily and securely attaches to any MIL-STD-1913 or M-LOK rail. Activation is easy: Simply click the Mini Scout Light Pro's push-button tailcap switch or press its pressure-activated tape switch, included on appropriate models. Machined from lightweight aerospace aluminum with a Mil-Spec hard anodized finish and O-ring sealed to keep out the elements, the ultra-compact Mini Scout Light Pro withstands the rigors of combat without weighing down your weapon.

The Surefire M340C or " Mini Scout Light Pro" is a very capable light in a small package. We believe that there isn't a whole lot of reasons to get a compact light over a full sized light with the exception of overall weapon system size being a major factor. In this case the Mini Scout is a great choice. The light offers plenty of performance and gives a very good spill when used in close quarters. This light doesn't have a ton of throw but will work great in urban or indoor environments as well as in and around vehicles. The addition of the swivel mount makes the light easy to attach wherever you need it without having to buy a specific mount combination. Our one recommendation against this light would be in favor of the Modlite 18350 because is is actually a bit smaller and offers far more performance so consider that before purchasing. The Surefire M340C however is plenty of light and will give you the toughness and reliability that Surefire products are known for.
